RERUITEMSWNY.COM is a collaborative initiative with a mission to enhance recruitment and retention of pre-hospital medical providers throughout the Counties of Erie, Wyoming, Niagara, Genesee, and Orleans within New York State, specifically supporting agencies under the Erie-Wyoming and Big Lakes Regional EMS Councils of New York State. RECRUITEMSWNY.COM is not a company. As as an initiative this site is managed my UBMD EMS Division.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Within this site personal data my be collected based on user input in an effort to bolster volunteerism and career ems. User’s data once entered will be distributed to agency recruiters career or volunteer once submitted to this site based on the users selection.
We will not accept nor store sensitive information such as date of birth or social security numbers, the forms within this site are designed to be simple containing only contact information for our agency partners to contact the prospective EMS provider.

All contact forms are designed to be simple and only request information for our partnering agencies to contact prospective volunteers or prospective employee candidates, It is strongly discouraged for any user to input any personal information beyond what is asked with the specific form fields.

Data entered is only shared with our EMS Agencies for Recruitment and Retention purposes only based on user selections.
How long we retain your data
This site will retain user data internally for five years or when manually removed by an administrator.
